Terms

Short on purpose. Using the Lauki app means you agree to this.

Your account

Your content

Your messages and media are yours. You give us the permission we need to store, transmit and display them so the service works — nothing more. We don't sell them, mine them for ads, or train models on them. Delete something and it's gone as described on the privacy page.

Rules

Don't use Lauki to:

Anyone can block you or report a message; reports reach a human. We can remove content, suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, and we'll try to tell you why unless doing so would help the abuse continue.

Lauki, the assistant

Lauki is an AI account inside the app. He answers when you message him or tag him. He is helpful, fast, and sometimes wrong — nothing he says is professional advice, and you should check anything that matters. How he reads and uses messages is on the privacy page.

The service

As is. The Lauki app is young and changes quickly. We don't promise it will always be up, keep every message forever, or never have bugs. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using or not being able to use Lauki. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you paid us — which today is nothing.

Ending things

Leave whenever you like: Settings → Delete account. We may end or suspend service for rule-breaking, legal reasons, or if we shut the product down — in that case we'll give notice and time to take your data.

Changes, law, contact

If these terms change materially the date at the top moves and the app tells you; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hi@lauki.ai, or message @lauki in the app.
