Report a message or a person
- Report a message: long-press it → Report → pick a reason. The message disappears from your view immediately and the report reaches us.
- Block someone: chat header ⋯ or their profile → Block. Everything from them is removed from your chats at once and they can no longer contact you; each block also notifies us.
- We act on every report within 24 hours — offending content is removed and repeat offenders lose their account.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, confirm with a one-time code. Your profile, messages and media are deleted; details at lauki.chat/privacy.
No phone in hand? Email hi@lauki.ai from any address and tell us the phone number on the account — we verify by code before deleting.
Notifications, login, or something broken
- Notifications: Settings → Notifications shows this device's state and a Fix button when something is off.
- Login code not arriving: wait a minute, then request again; a few carriers delay short codes.
- Anything else: email us with your phone number and a screenshot — that is enough for us to find it.
